The service
ShelfPing is provided as available. It is free to get started, but features, limits, availability, and pricing may change. Numerical or technical safeguards may apply. We do not promise permanent free or unlimited service.
No guaranteed detection time
There is no review-detection service-level guarantee. Alerts can be delayed or missed because of Amazon changes, public-page availability, provider delays, email delivery, or other failures. Public product metadata may be stale or temporarily unavailable.
Amazon changes
Amazon may add, merge, move, suppress, or remove reviews and product listings. ShelfPing does not control those decisions. A review can disappear after an alert is sent.
Independent service
ShelfPing is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon, Kindle, and KDP marks belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Use ShelfPing lawfully and only for legitimate monitoring. Do not automate public endpoints, interfere with safeguards, probe other accounts, or use the service to harass reviewers. Abuse may result in suspension or termination.
Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for business decisions based on alerts. To the extent permitted by law, ShelfPing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for missed, delayed, changed, or removed reviews. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid ShelfPing during the prior twelve months; for a free service, that amount may be zero. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
